Pastor Carmen joined Texoma Parish after serving in the rural NW
Oklahoma for 3 ½ Years. Before becoming a Licensed Local Pastor, she
was a special education teacher for 34 years. Carmen enjoys outside
activities such as gardening, camping, and hiking. Carmen is passionate
about serving and seeking.
